Shipping Policy
FTADIY ships the next business day or in
24 hours from the time of your purchase
(may be up to 3 days during certain
times, depending on order volume). We
are dedicated to customer service, we
ship to Canada and United States when
you order online or by phone,
however when you pay with a money order
we can ship anywhere in the world. Due
to the fact we cannot overcharge
Canadian and American customers for
shipping just to ship to other countries
we decided it was best to focus on
serving North America rather than the
whole world. Anyone who wishes to order
from outside North America will have to
pay with a money order, we apologize for
any inconvenience.

Delivery areas
For your convenience, we deliver
anywhere in Canada & United States. To
make sure that orders being sent to PO
boxes and rural route addresses get to
their proper destination, please include
a physical street address, highway
number and/or an emergency number with
your order. We are currently unable to
accept or ship orders outside of Canada
& United States. All of our products are
shipped from our warehouse in Toronto,
Canada.

Methods of delivery
To give you the best possible service,
we use a variety of couriers depending
on which best suits your needs. We will
tell you which courier company is
handling your delivery when we send you
your shipping confirmation email. Please
note that when the delivery team brings
a package to your home, they need a
signature to finalize the delivery. The
package must be accepted and signed for
by someone at your delivery address. |

Delivery details
We may split your order into more than
one shipment, depending on the
availability of each product. If your
order is split you will not be charged
for the extra delivery. Carriers usually
deliver between 8 am and 5 pm local
time. If you are not home to accept
delivery, we will leave you a delivery
notification card with further details
and a pick up location. For your own
security, please bring proper photo
identification when you pick up your
order. |

Tracking your order
Customer will receive tracking
notification email from us within 24
hrs.
You may track your package by linking to
the carrier's website (Canada Post,
Canpar, UPS etc...) and using its
tracking ID number.
You can trace your package with Canada
Post by visiting Canada Post's web site
at www.canadapost.ca or calling
1-866-607-6301 Monday to Friday between 8:00
a.m. and 6:00 p.m. local time
